DBA Casana and our subsidiaries (collectively, “Casana”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with your use of our website (https://casanacare.com/), the Heart SeatⓇ and SmartSeat application, the Heart Seat and SmartSeat device, Casana Cloud, and any other interaction you may have with us (collectively, the “Service”). - Personal identifiers:name,email address, physical address, telephone numbers, username and password, information related to customer reviews, IP address;
- Consumer Health information: height, weight, vital signs, other body measurements, sensor data from the Heart Seat ® and SmartSeat device, and other health data related to your use of the Services;
- Biographical and demographic information: date of birth, sex/gender, and other information regarding interests or preferences you upload to your account;
- Commercial and financial information: records of products ordered and payment information;
- Internet or other electronic activity information:your device and browser type, your browsing and search history on our website, and information regarding your interaction with our website and our advertisements;
- Audio and visual information: images, audio, video, and any metadata associated with the files you upload to your account; and
- Inferences drawn from personal information we collect.
Sources From Which We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you and other third-party sources that you interact with (for example, social media platforms, marketing partners, or a business partner that you may have told you were interested in our product).
Users of the Service may have the opportunity to refer friends or other contacts to us. If you are an existing user, you may only submit a referral if you have permission to provide the referral’s contact information to us so that we may contact them.

When your consumer health information is used in this manner, it will be deidentified, ensuring that no personally identifiable information is disclosed.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available for viewing by third parties or the public on or through our Service, that information can be seen, collected and used by others. We are not responsible for any use of such information by others.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the following choices with respect to your personal information (including health data):
- Delete Personal Information We Have Collected from You. Upon your request and subject to exceptions in the law, we will delete the personal information we have collected from you, and notify our affiliates, processors, contractors, and other third parties with whom we shared your personal information of the deletion request.

California Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits California residents to annually request, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
