During the checkout process, enter your email address, shipping information, and phone number. Under Payment select ‘Truemed — Pay with HSA/FSA’ as your payment method. It will appear at the bottom of the payment options.
Step 3
Click "Pay Now" and Take a Quick Survey
Once you click ‘Pay Now,’ you’ll be directed to Truemed for a quick online health survey to determine your eligibility. The survey asks a few questions about your medical history to generate your Letter of Medical Necessity. Eligibility is typically determined within 24–48 hours, but you can complete your purchase immediately.

Complete Your Payment
Once you’ve completed the medical survey, you’ll proceed to a secure checkout page where you can pay using your HSA or FSA card directly, or pay with your personal credit card and receive instructions via email for submitting for reimbursement through Truemed.
