    Check your toilet and have a few things ready, so the day it comes takes minutes.

    1. Step 1: Check it fits your toilet

      It fits elongated (oval) toilets with standard two-bolt mounting. Round bowls won't fit.

    2. Step 2: Have these ready

      Your Wi-Fi name and password, and a phone, tablet or laptop.

    3. Step 3: Know who will use it

      Up to five people can use it. For each one, you only need a name and an email.

    4. Step 4: When it arrives, check the box

      The seat, the printed guide in a plastic bag, two washers and two nuts. Keep the bag: the serial number is on it.
