    Install the seat.

    1. Step 1: Take the old seat off

      Then wipe the top of the toilet clean and dry.

    2. Step 2: Line up the bolts and lower the seat

      Line up the seat's two bolts with the two holes and lower it until both go all the way through.

    3. Step 3: Secure it from underneath

      Under the toilet, put a washer and a nut on each bolt and turn the nuts by hand until snug.

    4. Step 4: Check your work

      Close the seat: all four bumpers should sit flat on the bowl. A little wiggle is normal.
